Deflazacort is a synthetic corticosteroid and is used to decrease inflammation. Deflazacort works by acting within cells to prevent the release of certain chemicals that are important in the immune system. These chemicals are normally involved in producing immune and allergic responses, resulting in inflammation. By decreasing the release of these chemicals in a particular area, inflammation is reduced. This can help control a wide number of disease states which are characterised by excessive inflammation. They include severe allergic reactions, inflammation of the lungs in asthma and inflammation of the joints in arthritis.

Deflazacort also decreases the numbers of white blood cells circulating in the blood. This, along with the decrease in inflammatory chemicals, can prevent the rejection of organ transplants, as it prevents the body from attacking foreign tissue. It is also useful for the treatment of certain types of leukaemia, where there is an abnormally large number of certain white blood cells in the tissues or blood. It is also used to treat some diseases which are caused by the immune system attacking itself (autoimmune diseases).

Deflazacort is used in much higher doses than the levels of corticosteroids produced naturally by the body, and as such, the usual actions of corticosteroids become exaggerated and can be observed as side effects of this medicine.

Camptosar is used to treat cancers of the colon and rectum. It is usually given with other cancer medicines in a combination chemotherapy.

Capoten is an ACE inhibitor used to treat high blood pressure. It may also be used to treat congestive heart disease. This medicine may be used in some patients after a heart attack. It may also be used in some diabetic patients to reduce the risk for serious kidney complications.

Cardizem CD is used to treat high blood pressure and to control chest pain (angina). It works by relaxing the blood vessels so the heart does not have to pump as hard. It also increases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart.

Casodex is used to treat prostate cancer.

Celebrex is a CAPSULE, it CANNOT be split in half.

Celebrex is used to relieve some symptoms caused by arthritis, such as inflammation, swelling, stiffness, and joint pain. However, Celebrex does not cure arthritis and will help you only as long as you continue to take it.

This medicine is a corticosteroid used to treat severe allergies, arthritis, asthma, and skin conditions. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Celexa tablets CAN be split.

Celexa is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor used to treat depression. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Combivent is a metered dose inhaler with 200 doses. The combination of ipratropium and albuterol, a bronchodilator, is used with other bronchodilators to prevent wheezing, shortness of breath, and troubled breathing caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It relaxes and opens the air passages to the lungs, making it easier to breathe.

Coreg is used in combination with other medications to treat heart failure. It also is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure.

Cosopt is used to treat eye conditions, including glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Cosopt lowers pressure in the eye by decreasing the production of natural fluids in the eye. Cosopt is used for patients whose eye condition has not responded to another medication.

Coumadin is an anticoagulant used to prevent blood clots from moving or forming. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Cozaar is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure.

Crestor tablets CANNOT be split

Crestor is used with diet changes (restriction of cholesterol and fat intake) to reduce the amount of cholesterol and certain fatty substances in your blood. Accumulation of cholesterol and fats along the walls of your arteries (a process known as atherosclerosis) decreases blood flow and therefore the oxygen supply to your heart, brain, and other parts of your body. Lowering your blood level of cholesterol and fats may help to prevent heart disease, angina (chest pain), strokes, and heart attacks.
